This is the only seasoning needed to make the most amazing pork or chicken ever. Simply trim the fat off of your pork, rub generously with the seasonings and place in a crock pot for several hours. for best results do not add any extra liquids. Cook until the internal temp reads 160. The meat should fall apart and taste great. No other sauces needed.
